This is my wife's car and she is doing the review It was very easy to schedule time for the service needed. The staff is very attentive and responds well to questions and any issues that may occur. It was very easy to schedule time for the service needed. The staff is very attentive and responds well to questions and any issues that may occur. They did see that I needed new tires and quoted a very good price that I could not find anywhere else that could compete. While they did the tires, they found I needed a front end alignment and did it right away with my approval. The atmosphere is pleasant and customer friendly and the waiting area is quite nice and very clean. It is a very good place to do business as they are quite competitve in prices and quality of service. More

They are very friendly to me and I I been a customer of Gates Toyota since 2002. I have found their service reps and technicians to open and honest. They are very friendly to me and I notice all customers. They treat my vehicles (3) as if they were their very own. This is true of Sales, Service, and Finance. I do not hesitate to recommend Gates Toyota, nor will I, as long as they continue in the future as they have in the past. There may be room for improvement in some areas, but, I would find it to be a small matter of tweakiing the great work they do. More

Took quite a long time I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arrov I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arroved at 6:55 and my vehicle was not done with its oil change until just after 9am. I was sitting in the waiting room talking with 2 other customers who arrived at 7:50 and 8am and were both finished and out of there by 8:55. I was told it was supposed to be first come, first serve by the employee working the desk and he apologized for the wait. This has now happened 3 times in the last 1.5 years which is very frustrating. Would just warn people that you might be there for a while if you go for an oil change. More
