Service was great, just a challenge to schedule the appointment and that experience can be improved greatly. Christian and Brandon were great to work with. I have a prepaid oil change package that I purchase when I bought my 2021 Hyundai Tuscon at Lithia. However, when I came in on my scheduled oil change appointment, Brandon was very pushy regarding buying a I bought my 2021 Hyundai Tuscon at Lithia. However, when I came in on my scheduled oil change appointment, Brandon was very pushy regarding buying a hot oil flush package stating that I needed to do this, without even having to inspect my vehicle first. The vehicle that Lithia services every 6 months. When oil change was complete, I checked it and it was dark color. I asked Brandon if oil change was done and he stated it was but that’s why I should buy that $400 package he spoke of. I immediately called a relative who is a mechanic and owns his own shop who told me not to buy any of the things Brandon tried to sell me. More likely they just added the oil and did not change. Next time I’ll be asking them to show me oil filter after the change. More
