My sales person was very responsive and good to work with (Mike G). The finance person was not at all responsive after the sale. He sent the electronic docs as requested during the finance meeting but in a s (Mike G). The finance person was not at all responsive after the sale. He sent the electronic docs as requested during the finance meeting but in a secured file. He never shared a password, even after 2-3 emails requesting the password. Other than this purchasing from Palmer was a good experience and I would recommend them. More
