The car I saw advertised said it was a " prius 4 touring" model right in the headline of the ad. I asked in writing 3 times and was assured this was the model before making an offer. After coming to an agree model right in the headline of the ad. I asked in writing 3 times and was assured this was the model before making an offer. After coming to an agreement on price and paying a deposit by credit card. I then obtained a cashiers check for the balance and my wife and I traveled 10 hours round trip to pick up the car only to be assured again it was that model upon arrival. Looking in the glove box while test driving the car I found the original sticker which clearly stated is was a much lower level model than the one advertised and which i had been repeatedly assured it was. The same salesman who had repeatedly given me the assurances then admitted it was falsely advertised and offered to take 1000 off the agreed upon price which was still above bluebook for thus model. I declined and left. Would never deal with these people again. They are dishonest and ripoff artists More
