Dear Mr. Klaben, please know that my entire experience from start to finish was 100% positive. Bo and David were particularly helpful ,patient ,knowledgeable and professional without the pushiness! Had from start to finish was 100% positive. Bo and David were particularly helpful ,patient ,knowledgeable and professional without the pushiness! Had an issue with a speaker(subwoofer) upon obtaining the vehicle and they , along with Pat in service ,handled it immediately. When I returned the next day for service,Bo and David had given me a $50 gift card for my trouble! Jen in finance was extremely pleasant as well. Even the greeters when you walk in are very friendly and respectful. Thank you for everything, love my car, Diane and Ralph Christmas More
