I have been browsing for a vehicle for quite some time. I needed a particular vehicle to fit my families growing needs. I set out with a budget and searched hundreds of listings. A lot of the dealerships were not so well. I felt pressured, like I was rushed, and there was no concern for me as a person. However, it was different dealing with Bo, Kristy, and the rest of the staff at Klaben. We started the deal remotely. I instantly felt relief that this might be the right dealership to deal with. We signed for everything remotely before even going to the dealership to finish up loose ends and actually looking at the vehicle. Once there the vehicle was as promised and above what I was expecting. They had time blocked out to make sure I was in and out as I was a midnight worker and was driving home from work. They went above and beyond. I am grateful that I found a dealership to meet my growing family needs. We deal with another dealership (whom we have purchased all of our vehicles from) but they did not have the car we needed. Klaben has earned my trust just as my other dealership did. I thank you!
