very poor service department low end mechanics that work there not much knowledge service manager pays no attention to what's going on in the shop to busy doing paperwork my car was so messed up i had to tr there not much knowledge service manager pays no attention to what's going on in the shop to busy doing paperwork my car was so messed up i had to trade it in my car went into service several times i do not recommend anyone to service or purchase here multiple car dealers owned by nucar they could car less about there customers better to purchase at a family owned dealer go there you will be sorry More

I had a 9:00 a. m. appointment, and they kept the car overnight to fix the brakes. (They did get a Lyft to take me home and back) They did not adequately explain the m. appointment, and they kept the car overnight to fix the brakes. (They did get a Lyft to take me home and back) They did not adequately explain the alternating rust and shiny metal on the disk. They charged almost $200 for a software update in a brake module. When I called to ask about these, they never called back. I was surprised that the front and rear brakes totaled $1,697, but I didn't have time for a second opinion. More
