Went from lease to finance and Greg told me it would talk 7-10 business days I get that but also said if I needed it he could try to get me a loaner because I work and go to school I dropped my car off July 7-10 business days I get that but also said if I needed it he could try to get me a loaner because I work and go to school I dropped my car off July 25th it is now August 4th I get it the weekends are not business days but now it’s coming up just let the customer know each day what’s going on. I don’t have another form of transportation and I asked for a loaner and they’re all out I don’t know how many loaners they have but have more or work with the customer. Now I have to pay my way to work for the next couple of days until I get my actual car back and pay my car payment that I haven’t had my car in so many days hmm. Nothing against Greg love him just nucar or the company should do something, Lannan Chevrolet always had a back up for their customers. More
