Absolute legends — need I say more? I’d never owned a Chevy, never spent a cent at this dealership, and was bringing in a now-discontinued Chevy Volt. There’s actually another Chevy I’d never owned a Chevy, never spent a cent at this dealership, and was bringing in a now-discontinued Chevy Volt. There’s actually another Chevy dealer just a few minutes from my house, but I wanted to build a relationship with a dealership known for its reputation and customer service. So I gladly drove the extra 7 miles to give these guys a shot. My car ended up being at the dealership for almost a week while they waited for a warranty part to arrive. There was a slight communication gap at the beginning, but after reaching out to the manager, Gary, everything changed. They immediately adapted while my vehicle was still in their care, keeping me informed with regular updates, photos, and videos throughout the process. A dealership willing to make adjustments on the fly and improve the customer experience in real time says a lot about how they operate. Once the part arrived, the car was repaired the very same day. Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Considering this was my first experience with the dealership, I couldn’t be more impressed. I’m genuinely thrilled to have found a service department I can trust and rely on for the future. Thank you, Gary, Chris, and the entire team. You’ve earned a loyal customer. More

I am very disappointed with my experience at Nucar Dealer. Exactly one week after having an oil change done there, my engine belt shredded to pieces. I expect a dealership service department not on Dealer. Exactly one week after having an oil change done there, my engine belt shredded to pieces. I expect a dealership service department not only to perform basic maintenance, but also to inspect the vehicle properly and help prevent problems before they happen. A worn or damaged belt should have been detected by the technician, either by the visible condition of the belt or by the noise it was making. This situation could have caused a much bigger issue, and it raises concerns about the quality of the inspection performed during my visit. I trusted the dealership to properly look over my vehicle, and unfortunately that trust was not met. More
