The buying process was good and the deal we ended up settling on was great. My salesman Brandon was great at the beginning, but as we got later into the deal, I felt like he was getting frustrated and m settling on was great. My salesman Brandon was great at the beginning, but as we got later into the deal, I felt like he was getting frustrated and made a comment that I overhead with the sales team in the showroom, where I truly didn't know what my trade model was (i.e. CE or LE) because it was my wife's old car and he made a slighted comment to the other guy of "...can you believe that he doesn't know if its a CE or LE". I just ignored it and moved on with the purchase, but then as we are walking the truck the lift gate didn't work correctly. The auto down would work but then up didn't work. He messed with it for a while got another person involved who then tried to make me believe that it didn't have the auto up feature. I took the truck home and my wife figured it out on google and got it working. It just felt like a little more care could have been shown at the end of the sale. I get that they need to move on to make more money but still was a little disappointing at the end. More

Until I finally had to say that I was leaving unless I spoke with somebody who could give me information on the Interest rates to finance the car and monthly payments. It took approximately an hour, and insisting many times that I was gonna walk out before I finally was able to talk about financing. More
