With outstanding bedside manners, Benn ma another brand of electric vehicles, I met Benn Edwards, Senior Client Advisor at BMW Catonsville, Maryland. With outstanding bedside manners, Benn made me feel at home, thoroughly answered all my questions and provided additional technical information, making the selection process for the new car efficient and enjoyable. Mr. Edwards support during the first few weeks were the cherry on top. I recommend BMW Catonsville and Benn to anybody looking for a good car, if your goal is to have a good team to work with. More

Sent an email inquiry to the salesperson with whom I dealt nearly 3 years ago. Never received a response. Three business days later while on my way to another BMW dealer, I emailed the same salesperson dealt nearly 3 years ago. Never received a response. Three business days later while on my way to another BMW dealer, I emailed the same salesperson indicating my disappointment in his failure to reply. He said he never saw the email from 3 days earlier???But, he saw the newer email. Quite a shame as I and my niece both purchased s new X5 from BMW of Annapolis. More

I started my searched at another BMW dealership. They weren’t accommodating as I would’ve expected considering it was a cash deal. A friend suggest BMW of Catonsville. I was greeted by Ben(salesman) They weren’t accommodating as I would’ve expected considering it was a cash deal. A friend suggest BMW of Catonsville. I was greeted by Ben(salesman) and he handled me with great care. Very pleasant, knowledgeable sales and staff. They worked as a team to get me in and out. I highly recommend them, and if you need a salesman that is really sincere and attentive to your needs ask for Ben! More

BMW of Catonsville is absolutely a dealership to buy a car from. From the moment I met Benn Edwards (a client Advisor) to the moment I closed the deal with Sam Choi (Financial Officer) the experience was above and beyond. Cheerful, knowledgeable, easy going, detail-oriented Benn guided me through the inventory patiently and professionally. No push at any point. He gave me the time to get familiar with the models, to test them, to understand my needs better before my purchase. I came with the interest to buy one car but purchased another one (new X3) and was very happy with my decision. I left BMW of Catonsville happy and satisfied. I strongly recommend this dealership.
