I came into the service department with an emergency , as I was traveling for work and I damaged my tire and needed a new one, and this service center was closest to my hotel. The service staff was super hel I was traveling for work and I damaged my tire and needed a new one, and this service center was closest to my hotel. The service staff was super helpful and Ben (operations manager) even drove me to work and offered to pick me up when the car was fixed. Eddie was also very helpful and accommodating, and kept in touch to let me know what was happening. Both gentlemen made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and valuable as a BMW customer. Great service department!! More
