I had a very good experience with Issa Naalbandyan from Suburban Toyota in Farmington. We were in the market for a highlander with some specific options. Issa was very patient with us and understood our needs, recommended various options to consider. Very respectful and friendly, my biggest concern was being taken advantage of as I never bought a car from a dealership in 30 years, as I had always driven a new company-owned/ maintained cars. For my wife, Noor and I, trust and honesty were a big factor as both of us didn’t want things that we had concern over or didn’t like/need. I am very pleased and happy to have worked with Issa (primarily) and his partner, Awring Ahmed to walk us through showing of the vehicles. I would very strongly recommend Issa and Awring – Great team, to all my family members and friends circle who are in market for new/used vehicles.
