BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love.

Ashley is a good service rep--good follow thru--I trust her. I've been driving this Mini since 2007, and I've never had any major problems with it. Took my BMW in for a recall. Got it back and runs rough when at idle. They suggested to change the valve cover. I declined it. It ran perfect when I took it in.
