I dropped my vehicle off for service and from the moment I dropped it off I received support. From Elizabeth (Liz) to the technician. My service was awesome. The dealership changed the price from true car and their connected website by adding some sort of package they did not explain this to us and kept changing information through the whole process. Buying a used car was out of my wheelhouse. I saw this Sportage on the website. I had been pre approved. .I wasn't happy that there was a $500. charge to use it. My credit score exceptional. I, through speaking to my banker had a pretty good idea of what my interest rate should be. When putting my money down, and procuring a monthly payment, I was told it was a certain % rate on Friday. I'd even asked a second time, 'So, this is my payment'?? Yes, I was told. When going through the finance officer on Monday, it was suddenly different. So I was unhappy with that as well. I'm not sure if there is a disconnect from sales to financing or if this is how used car sales. I did find the sales people and the front of the house a joy to work with. Vanessa Hoad was great. I was happy to be her customer. More
