I am very happy taking my car to Honda. I also enjoy the quiet time there as im always so busy. They have coffee, tea and snacks if youre going to be there a while. You didn’t replace both front and rear rotors on a car that I purchased less than a week prior. Only the front rotors were replaced due to poor business practices as well as poor repair practices. I recently got a new leased car from DCH Kay Honda. The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage The sales experience was awesome. However, when I looked at the lease contract in detail, there were typos related to the minimum insurance coverage amounts. The amounts entered are not the standard amounts recommended by Honda Financial Services (HFS). I informed the dealership on the same day of their error and requested a correction. I have not heard back from the dealership in spite of trying various communication channels (email, voicemail, text). This error from the dealership is going to cost me more in insurance premiums. I have been leasing with Honda for a long time and have never experienced this situation with other Honda dealerships. My advice to any potential customers of this dealership would be to request a copy of the contract and take time to review every line item in detail before signing. More
