Guys are super professional. Had a small issue of some damage after service paint got chipped. They were kind enough to have it paint and fixed at no charge. They even did it twice since the first paint j damage after service paint got chipped. They were kind enough to have it paint and fixed at no charge. They even did it twice since the first paint job was not 100%. Would high recommend. Please talk to Dennis. Great guy. More

Tuneup staff don’t know their cars. Took my recently rear-ended 2017 BMW X1 to dealer for tuneup (after having damages from accident repaired by local Auto Body Shop). Worker told me I should make anot rear-ended 2017 BMW X1 to dealer for tuneup (after having damages from accident repaired by local Auto Body Shop). Worker told me I should make another appointment to diagnose why my rearview mirror no longer had parking assist capability. I told him it never did. The rear camera/parking assist screen is on my dashboard (and in working order). More

Saved the day when my 530 wagon starter said "enough." Chris B managed to get me in, ordered the part(s) and got us back on the road in two days. After 14 years getting Service at Rallye I can't imagi Chris B managed to get me in, ordered the part(s) and got us back on the road in two days. After 14 years getting Service at Rallye I can't imagine bringing my BMW anywhere else. Chris and his team of advisors always encourage me to consider replacing my wagon even though it would mean a drop in income. Isn't that amazing in this day and age? The only thing lacking is a supply of bagels or donuts for repeat customers. More
