I genuinely tried not to end up in a new car, but he kept working with us with this calm, thoughtful, passionate energy that was hard to resist. No pressure, no games, just facts that actually mattered to our lease. Sierra Honda needs more Anthonys on their floor. He made the whole experience feel safe, respectful, and human again.
