Great experience with Tyler and Justice with buying a great used RAV4. Tyler was very knowledgeable on all trim models of the RAV4 and helped me make a decision on which one I want to get that would be r great used RAV4. Tyler was very knowledgeable on all trim models of the RAV4 and helped me make a decision on which one I want to get that would be right for me. Tyler and Justice made the process very smooth and were upfront and honest with everything during the entire process. Also brought it in for the 5k mile service and Angelia helped me get that squared away and the mechanic, Andrew had also sent me a video to my phone showing me exactly what he had done for the service. I will definitely come back to Toyota of Cleveland in the future when it’s time for my next vehicle. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. More
