I bought a LC500 convertible at this location and the experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to experience at that moment was great. Just after a couple of months I just went back because the convertible was just to small for me and I wanted to trade for the IS500 The advertised price online for the specific car I wanted is 67k as well as the price reflected on the window sticker . When I start doing the paperwork they changed the price to 80k( 13k over the Real price of the car) this is without even previously telling me!! I left the dealer very disappointed, I have recommended this place to so many friends and as a returned customer buying luxury vehicles I honestly never thought they will just try to rip me off this way. When I asked to my sales person she just said: sorry, there is high demand so we are charging more. I will not buy a Lexus again after this experience. Luckily there are many other options More
