After taking our sprinter 3500 to another dealer 3 times for warranty covered issues and not getting our problems fixed, we had the opportunity to use the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. Aside from the very comforting feeling we got when talking to Andy Horne, we ended up having our issues fixed in just one visit! Needless to say when we need service or are in the market for a Mercedes, we will definitely go to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton first! More

Dealership is a complete rip off avoid at all costs! !! I purchased a new automobile on Tuesday, 20-JUN-2023, from MB of Princeton. Ian (Mr. Fyffe) was the sales professional and Robert (Mr. Lisi) was the post-sales professional. I was impressed by Ian and from MB of Princeton. Ian (Mr. Fyffe) was the sales professional and Robert (Mr. Lisi) was the post-sales professional. I was impressed by Ian and Robert for their honesty, courtesy, patience, customer focus, advice, depth of knowledge, going above and beyond the call of duty to offer me a car that best met my needs, and to fully explain the technical details of the automobile and features of Mercedes Me Connect. The sales process and the post-sales experience was a breeze. Ian patiently showed me three cars that best met my needs, answered all of my questions, offered a very fair price for my trade-in, expediently completed the forms, set up my Mercedes Me Connect account, had my car prepared for delivery and meticulously inspected my car to ensure that it was defect-free, before presenting it to me. Ian is an outstanding professional. I could not be any happier with the whole sales process. In this day and age, automobiles are very technology rich. This is especially true with Mercedes Benz vehicles that are at the cutting edge of hardware and software technologies. To a buyer the advanced hardware and software features can be overwhelming. If a customer does not understand these features or does not appreciate the added value they may deem the vehicle as too complicated to operate or overly priced with unnecessary bells and whistles. Robert made it extremely easy to understand the car's features and with patience carried me through the menus to ensure I can navigate through the car's menu with confidence. I fully recommend Ian as the sales professional, and Robert as the post-sales technical expert. I also recommend Mercedes Benz of Princeton, with equal emphasis, for they are a best-in-class MB dealership. I am always super satisfied with everyone at MB Princeton. I have known Arno in sales for about 25 years and he is totally my go to guy when I need a new car. Jeff, Victor and Brian in service are Princeton. I have known Arno in sales for about 25 years and he is totally my go to guy when I need a new car. Jeff, Victor and Brian in service are top notch as well and never disappoints. This time was my first taking in my MB Sprinter RV Winnebago and Andy was the Service Advisor handling these vehicles. Andy matched anyone else I have worked with in the past and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and he got me in the day after I called to schedule the appointment - and there was no rush. Highly recommended this dealership. More

On extremely short notice MB of Princeton took exceptional care of my 2018 Sprinter. This is in start contrast to my selling dealership (MB of Hanover) that blew off a confirmed appointment then w exceptional care of my 2018 Sprinter. This is in start contrast to my selling dealership (MB of Hanover) that blew off a confirmed appointment then would not return repeated phone calls from me. If I lived closer MB of Princeton would do all my routine maintenance work. Highly recommended. More
