Ron, Tina & Pat always cut & paste my information and Matt just gave the okay whatever they finalize for me. Once I leave the parking lot, it's always in Jay's hands. I gave my mileage to Service advisors (Recent one was Tami). They get my signature & credit card and Andy do all magic touches on my car most of the time. Big kudos to JAY for keeping me as a satisfied prestige customer over the years. Never say NO even if the answer is NO.
