My experience with Kia Auto Sport in Pensacola has been very disappointing and frustrating. When we first went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could not get the vehicle we originally wanted becau very disappointing and frustrating. When we first went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could not get the vehicle we originally wanted because of the credit score they claimed we had. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, the credit score shown on the actual documents was actually higher than what we were originally told. That immediately raised concerns about transparency and honesty during the sales process. Now, only a few months later after purchasing the vehicle in February, we attempted to trade it in and are being told we cannot. On top of that, during the finance process, the finance manager pointed out where we should sign throughout the paperwork. We trusted the guidance we were being given. Now they are claiming that we declined the service and maintenance coverage, even though the signing process felt rushed and guided by their staff. Eric was one of the individuals involved during this process, and overall this entire experience has left us feeling misled and unsupported after the sale. As customers, we expected honesty, clear communication, and professionalism. Instead, this situation has been stressful and disappointing. I strongly encourage future buyers to carefully review every single document themselves before signing anything and ask questions about every detail, no matter how rushed the process may feel. More

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork. More

I have purchased my 3rd Kia from Kia Autosport of Pensacola. Tessa has been my service advisor for many years and she goes above and beyond to see that me and my cars are always well taken care of. After an accident which totalled our car, we were looking to replace it. Kia was actually the first place I stopped and, as it turned out, the only place I needed to go. I met Nick on that first day and am v to replace it. Kia was actually the first place I stopped and, as it turned out, the only place I needed to go. I met Nick on that first day and am very glad I did. He was not pushy at all but he kept in contact with me the exact right amount of time. He was very patient answering my seemingly endless questions and VERY knowledgeable...I don't believe I asked anything that he didn't know the answer to. My wife and I will 100% go to Nick for our family's car buying. We also have nothing but good things to say about Mike (the manager that assisted us) and Amber that handled the financing paperwork. Nick, along with Mike, made our negotiation feel like it wasn't a negotiation so much as just a conversation about what would meet our needs. We were especially grateful...and surprised...that after we reached an agreement, when we sat down with Amber the numbers did not go up nor did they try to upsell us on anything. Actually, the numbers went down a few more dollars. Also, Amber's knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated for making the paperwork quick, easy and entertaining. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience and will not hesitate to buy from them again. I understand they want to sell cars so you expect them to be nice. But this was different...you can just tell that there is a great culture that starts at the top and just naturally trickles down to everyone. More
