My experience with Kia Auto Sport in Pensacola has been very disappointing and frustrating. When we first went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could not get the vehicle we originally wanted becau very disappointing and frustrating. When we first went to purchase a vehicle, we were told we could not get the vehicle we originally wanted because of the credit score they claimed we had. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork, the credit score shown on the actual documents was actually higher than what we were originally told. That immediately raised concerns about transparency and honesty during the sales process. Now, only a few months later after purchasing the vehicle in February, we attempted to trade it in and are being told we cannot. On top of that, during the finance process, the finance manager pointed out where we should sign throughout the paperwork. We trusted the guidance we were being given. Now they are claiming that we declined the service and maintenance coverage, even though the signing process felt rushed and guided by their staff. Eric was one of the individuals involved during this process, and overall this entire experience has left us feeling misled and unsupported after the sale. As customers, we expected honesty, clear communication, and professionalism. Instead, this situation has been stressful and disappointing. I strongly encourage future buyers to carefully review every single document themselves before signing anything and ask questions about every detail, no matter how rushed the process may feel. More

Deceptive, Misleading & Silent — Buyer Beware at Kia AutoSport Pensacola Review: We signed a buyer’s agreement and secured financing for a GMC Yukon XL Denali at Kia AutoSport Pensacola. Sales Manag AutoSport Pensacola Review: We signed a buyer’s agreement and secured financing for a GMC Yukon XL Denali at Kia AutoSport Pensacola. Sales Manager Will Murray assured us the vehicle was being held due to a sensor delay and even declined a deposit, stating it would not be sold without our input. Despite that, for weeks our calls and emails went unanswered, and only after posting a public review did General Manager Jessica Lee issue a generic canned apology. Later we discovered the vehicle was actually sold on March 17—long before we were informed. All internal attempts fell on deaf ears. This level of deception is both unethical and unprofessional. Bottom line: If you value transparency and honesty, look elsewhere. More

Bought a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer May 22, 2023. Since then I have had to take it to a GM certified dealership FOUR TIMES. In total as of today it has been at a dealership for repairs 4.5 weeks in t Since then I have had to take it to a GM certified dealership FOUR TIMES. In total as of today it has been at a dealership for repairs 4.5 weeks in total of the 13 weeks I have owned it. I called Kia the first time and each time after and am transferred to the voicemail of servicing (no call backs). I call back and tell the woman I don’t want servicing I want a manager if sales or someone with authority, get transferred, leave a voicemail, and have not been called back once. I am a single Mom who purged her budget of everything she could to be able to afford a safe and reliable for me and my son. So far all that’s happened is missed work days cutting into my tight budget and weeks without a vehicle for major issues like needing a whole new transmission!! DO NOT BUY FROM KIA! More
