Sales experience was great and straightforward. The after sales experience is lacking and disappointing as I am still waiting on a response for interior detailing and other promised items.. We had a truly great experience at the dealership from start to finish. Mike was persistent but professional, and ultimately worked with us to get a deal we couldn't pass up. Vanessa and Amanda in finance start to finish. Mike was persistent but professional, and ultimately worked with us to get a deal we couldn't pass up. Vanessa and Amanda in finance were fantastic as well — smooth, straightforward, and easy to work with. Honestly, everyone we interacted with made us feel like family rather than just another customer. It's rare to find a dealership where the whole team genuinely cares, and it made all the difference. We love this dealership and the people there, and we'll absolutely be back. Thanks to the whole team for making this such a positive experience! More
