First car purchase in 12 years. In the past, buying a car was a battle. Not this time.! Our sales person, Nathan Walker, was courteous, respectful and fair. Much has changed in vehicles since our last purchase and Nathan was very patient explaining all the new functions we weren’t familiar with. We were given a fair trade price and a fair price on the new car. We will defiantly recommend this dealership to our friends. Crystal in the finance department could not have been nicer. She got us a good interest rate and explained every document, As a side note, we traded a 2012 Mercedes and our Toyota Corolla Cross. Is much quieter. More

Amanda Phifer was outstanding in helping us through the process searching for a Highlander. She communicated updates frequently and answered all of our questions. I drove from Athens,GA to pick up this car that I purchased after seeing it online. When I arrived, Nathan Walker greeted me as I got out of my car and had everything ready for me since I had a 3 ho purchased after seeing it online. When I arrived, Nathan Walker greeted me as I got out of my car and had everything ready for me since I had a 3 hour drive home to make. Nathan explained in detail every button and switch and helped me sync the Apple Play to my phone for a safe drive home. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all its' features. Every department introduced him/herself to me, which made me feel welcome and that customer service was a priority. I would highly recommend this dealership! Gold stars to everyone ***** More
