She was a breath of fresh air compared to the usual salesmen I have dealt with. I understand salesmen have to have a certain approach, but Ali was so easy to deal with. I was able to l make my decision without anyone trying to sell me a car. I also appreciated Sylvia the finance lady. She is great.
