Service team is rated a 10, but their IT department should be fired because the website is so messed up. When you mention this to the service team, they say management does not care. Examples are whe should be fired because the website is so messed up. When you mention this to the service team, they say management does not care. Examples are when it takes 4 weeks to make an online appointment but you can get same week if you call in. Also, I am sitting in the waiting room for arrive and I keep getting text messages saying I missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule. Who handles their website and IT, a relative of the owner? More

I went in to do some routine maintenance from the list I was provided the time I visited. Upon completion of the maintenance I returned home. Next day, a warning light about tire pressure low kept coming was provided the time I visited. Upon completion of the maintenance I returned home. Next day, a warning light about tire pressure low kept coming on every time I start my vehicle, so I returned to Honda. After double checking the problem was not resolved, I then paid additional $ for car updates then the warning light came off. I’m pleased to see the warning light is off, not happy I had to pay for updates, I felt that should come with the territory. For example when u purchase a cellphone you don’t pay for updates that’s part of owning the products. More
