I’m TOTALLY dissatisfied with the service I received here. Though my vehicle runs great like all Hondas do, I decided to perform a multi-point inspection on it because it had 80,000 miles on it. I had u here. Though my vehicle runs great like all Hondas do, I decided to perform a multi-point inspection on it because it had 80,000 miles on it. I had used the Honda Valley Stream online service (which I was later informed by management was not a valid way to request for repair service) to itemize in details the vehicle parts I wanted checked and repaired. 10 service hours later, the car runs worse than when I brought it in, even as I type this review. The car didn’t even start the next day after the service. This had never happened before. I had to buy a new battery despite the fact that the previous battery was at least 80% healthy when I brought it in for service. There were no details on the inspection that was done and I dare say no inspection was done, besides what I told the customer service agent verbally to check in addition to the online request I had made. The pricing also seemed bogus. The staff I interfaced with were at best passive aggressive and failed to take responsibility for the mediocre service that was provided. More
