Alex Marcel greeted me with a friendly attitude as a first timer. He created the work order thoroughly as requested and explained what the mechanic discovered during the service. To my surprise, my 8 mo first timer. He created the work order thoroughly as requested and explained what the mechanic discovered during the service. To my surprise, my 8 month old vehicle had a low voltage output battery which needed to be replaced. Thereafter, he and mechanic were together to explain the mishap hopefully a lesson was learned from this incident. Otherwise, Marcel was helpful and did a good job representing Honda of Valley Stream. More
