Great people wonderful deal, thank you Robyn Odonell, a wonderful sales person who was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and just straight up wonderful. Working with this dealer was stressful and did not feel transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Aleja transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Alejandro the financing manager. They tried to give me an ultimatum to force me into financing so they could make money, and ended up taking a lower offer in cash anyways. Did not feel appreciated as a customer, despite the amount of money I was paying for a car off their lot. Walked away never wanting to do business there again because it was such an uncomfortable experience. Robyn was the only positive about working with them. More
