Excellent experience! I came to this dealership due to their great reviews. I was not disappointed. Alan was great. He listened to what options and styles of vehicles I I came to this dealership due to their great reviews. I was not disappointed. Alan was great. He listened to what options and styles of vehicles I was interested in. We looked at all the options. He took his time and asked question to help me revise my list of vehicles I liked from 15 down to 2. All while staying within my budget. I buy a different or extra vehicle every 2-3 years. Never has my experience been this seamless. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I was out the door in my new Jeep in less than two hours. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy . I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Toyota Cool Springs. Yuri in financing is awesome as well. Yuri was very organized and answered all my finance questions. It was a quick and efficient car buying experience. More

He did not push or grandstand; he respectfully presented what he thought would be best for me and gave me room to choose. Subsequently, after a very gentle financing experience and a great cup of coffee, I had the pleasure of seeing my husband's face when he came, as he thought to pick me up, but instead received the keys to a beautiful 2020 Tundra.
