My 2019 Tacoma left me stranded on the side of the road (due to fuel system failure for which there is a recall but no fix). After towing my pickup into the dealership (Findlay Toyota of Prescott), I aske (due to fuel system failure for which there is a recall but no fix). After towing my pickup into the dealership (Findlay Toyota of Prescott), I asked Alan Hoover ("Hoov", my Sales Rep) to work up some numbers on a 2020 Tacoma with trade in. He did and we were able to close a deal in record time (36 minutes and 39 seconds). I'm very happy with my 2020 Tacoma and thoroughly enjoyed dealing with "Hoov". More
