Hoov was awesome So we originally just went to go take our 2004 Avalon in for a recall notice fix. However upon further inspection we received some much feared news. Rather than pay the amount that would be required to fix a 15 yr old car, we were introduced to “Hoov”. From the first moment we started working with him we were more than impressed. I didn’t feel like we were even talking to a “sales person” more like conversing with an old friend. The whole day just kinda got away from us, but at no point during our visit did either myself or my wife feel apprehensive. We drove off much later that day with a “new” for us car and never once regretted it. It’s my experience that a “sales person” like him is a rare find. For anyone looking for a new or used car I would say you will never find a salesperson as concerned for your personal experience as those here at Findlay especially Alan Hoover! More

Alan”Hoov” Hoover answered the phone was the most helpful sales person I’ve ever worked with. He walked out to the vehicle and called me from his cell phone and even sent me photos of parts of the car. They took my car as a trade based off the photos I sent them, and since I live about 100 miles from the dealership he even offered to drive the car to my house. This was an excellent car buying experience and I’ll definitely shop Findlay Prescott again. More
