Not pressured to buy and very informative I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and purchase a new car. He never pressured me to make a decision but spent time with me looking at cars and educating me as to different features to help me decide what was right for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the different models I looked at. I am very pleased with my selection and love my new car. I would recommend Alan and the Findlay dealership anytime. I have only been in this State for 5 months but am very happy to say I have found a dealership I am extremely comfortable dealing with. The ease of up-grading I went in to Findlay for a service appointment and was approached by Alan regarding an up-grade on my 2012 RAV 4. This was not something I was even t I went in to Findlay for a service appointment and was approached by Alan regarding an up-grade on my 2012 RAV 4. This was not something I was even thinking about but after seeing all the changes and options on the new model, I decided to consider it. Alan had me take a test drive and showed me my financing options to lease or purchase. I left the dealership to consider all of this. Alan kept in touch without pressuring me. A month later I decided to trade my 2012 RAV 4 for a new model. I went back to Alan because he had established a customer relationship with me that allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease. He had all the figures ready to discuss a purchase with a trade-in. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was ready to allow me all the time I needed to select my best option for financing. After the paperwork portion he again took time to review the new features and help me set up my phone, contacts and review the navigation system. I would highly recommend Alan and this dealership. More

Very relaxing sales enviroment We visited this dealership in hopes of getting an actual look at the color calvary blue that was an option on the 4 Runner TRD Pro. After discussing with Alan Hoover, we realized this color was no longer available on the TRD Pro. Alan was very helpful in showing us other colors that were available in other models. We ended up with a 4 Runner TRD Off Road with some added upgrades that in our opinion made it a better fit for what we were looking for. More

The best car dealer I have ever had experience with itor Posts Cheryl Dorset Horwart Today at 7:01pm Recently I went to a Toyota dealer in phoenix looking for a 4runner TRD pro and they told me t itor Posts Cheryl Dorset Horwart Today at 7:01pm Recently I went to a Toyota dealer in phoenix looking for a 4runner TRD pro and they told me they were not available in AZ. The next week we went to Finday Toyota in Prescott as we saw one available there. We did not want a white one that they had. After talking to Alan Hoover we discovered that we could get the Off-road model with the options we wanted on the Pro and the other options we wanted that were not available on the pro (Sun roof, leather seats, heated stats...) and we paid much less! Alan spent the time to find out what it was we really wanted and needed. Alan Hoover "Hoov" was the best! He even delivered our 4runner to us at our house after the upgrades were installed. We were expecting the car to be finished on Wednesday and he delivered the car to us on the Thursday prior to that. I have to mention we live 60+ miles from the dealer. Once he arrived at our home he spent munch time showing me how everything worked. I have never received this kind of great customer service ever! Finalay Toyota has a great asset in their employee!!!! More

It did we drove into Findlay Toyota's parking lot and met Alan Hoover. . Both my husband and myself are handicapped and my 87 mother who was with us also has been battling cancer and is in remission at this time. From the moment we stepped out of the car our experience was excellent. Allan greeted us outside of the front door and from that moment on our experience of trying to buy a new car was unbelievable. He made my mother feel like a princess and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. My mothers comment about Alan was " he is such a nice fellow and I love him". Well our day was full of wonderful surprises, we ended getting a new Toyota Corolla and Alan Hoover and the staff at Findlay Toyota made it happen for us. This was the best experience we have ever had when buying a new car. We did not know if it would be possible but like magic we left in our new car. Alan made our entire experience stress free and a happy experience. If any of you are looking at trying to buy a car please go experience the best customer service out there at Findlay Toyota and Alan Hoover he was the best. Thank you Findlay Toyota and thank you Alan we will never forget your kindness and how you treated our mother and of course us. Excellent first time car buying experience! I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Alan Hoover! My previous car had been a hand-me-down, so this was my first time purchasing a car, I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Alan Hoover! My previous car had been a hand-me-down, so this was my first time purchasing a car, and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Alan was extremely friendly and helpful with finding the perfect hybrid car for me. He even drove over the different hybrid cars from across the lot so I could compare all the models side by side. He thoroughly explained the different features of each car and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. I felt like Alan had my back and best interest at heart and was definitely not trying to push me into buying anything. Once I found the perfect car, the purchasing experience went very smoothly. Alan spent extra time going over every single feature of the car with me to make sure I understood what every button did and understood every feature on the touchscreen display.
