Alan Hoover did such a wonderful job informing me about all of the cool features that come with the car and when you own a Toyota. Once I ordered the vehicle Alan would take the time out of his day and give me updates as to when it was being built and when it would be delivered. Alan was always a phone call away when I had any questions, and he made sure to check up on me after I drove the vehicle home from Prescott to Flagstaff.
