We hooked up with Alan Hoover when we first walked in. He was very cordial, took his time with us, and stayed with us throughout the process. He gave us all the options without pushing advise on us. I do feel very comfortable with our car decision, and also feel that if there are any problems they will do what they can to fix it. My only first world problem with the truck is that it being a 2020 model, it does not come with a cd player installed. Oh well. It will accept my cd walk man through the usb port, I believe. What an amazing experience this has been! Needing to replace a German luxury car that had been in the shop for electrical problems for over a month, I called Findlay Toyota Prescott, and with Needing to replace a German luxury car that had been in the shop for electrical problems for over a month, I called Findlay Toyota Prescott, and within an hour had bought sight unseen, a new Toyota Camry SE. Upon meeting Alan and the team at Findlay, I was impressed at the wonderful experience of completing the entire process right up to, and after taking possession of the vehicle. It is beautiful. After having it two days, I have over 200 miles on the car, and it drives as well as any luxury car that I have ever had. The comfort is ideal. Having like many older people, a bad back I find the seats and controls of the car also match the service and ease of its acquisition. I told Alan after the care that I had received, if anyone was hesitant to buy a car at Findlay Prescott, to please refer them to me. I cannot say enough good about him, the entire team with whom he works, and the vehicle which I have purchased. Thank you to all! More
