I don’t usually leave reviews unless the review is to call out great service but this is not the case with Windward Ford. My service advisor was unable to advise me of service. Phone calls go unanswered call out great service but this is not the case with Windward Ford. My service advisor was unable to advise me of service. Phone calls go unanswered and sent to voicemail but never once did I receive a call back (and I left a good number of messages). My part took longer than expected but my service advisor (Alaina) did not have the foresight to look into the reason- it was never shipped. Only after the part never arrived the status was checked and had to be re-ordered. In addition, I paid for an oil change and tire rotation but tires were not rotated. I also had a tire replaced but it was put on backwards. You read that correctly, backwards. After many tries to secure an appointment through the portal to fix the backwards tire and rotation issues, I was finally able to make an appointment. Alaina cancelled with no notification- she never called me. It’s clear that this dealership is unable to complete service or be willing to fix any issues created by the dealership. They will not communicate with customers. Windward Ford service has been one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any business, ever. More

The service team is excellent with customer service. They're welcoming and responsive. Terrific group of people. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars has to do with price for changing oil and the seeming lack of transparency on cost when making a reservation for service. Specifically, there was no indication of how much my oil change would cost until my car was being checked in. I brought my truck to Windward Ford because of the exceptional service of the people who run the department, but what could keep me from coming back is managements strategy regarding "transparency of cost." More

Was willing to work with 3rd party warranty but then would only cover 50% of parts cost and 33% of the labor cost.
