He's kind of a no pressure take it or leave it kind of guy. He will work with you at your pace. As far as sales goes, I knew what I wanted, he suggested a vehicle that matched my needs, we test drove and bought a car. It was really that easy. Coming in with our own financing helped me with peace of mind, it's a personal preference. We still had to do final paperwork in finance and got to work with Jennifer and I wish there were more women in financing at dealerships because she was so personable and made the whole process very simple. Overall, highly recommend. More
