Needs improvement in responding to customer questions accurately. I asked salesman to tell me the differences between the trim lines. He didn’t answer other than to say things people really don’t need li accurately. I asked salesman to tell me the differences between the trim lines. He didn’t answer other than to say things people really don’t need like air conditioned seats. Sadly, it turns out I would have sprung for the higher trim line as the features on the trim I purchased don’t include things I wanted, but I did not know. Also, was promised a full charge. 33% isn’t full. More

My wife and I looked at two other Ford dealerships before contacting Elder. What started off as a phone call to inquire about a Ford maverick truck with specific accessories, Color, etc., turned into a ver contacting Elder. What started off as a phone call to inquire about a Ford maverick truck with specific accessories, Color, etc., turned into a very smooth transaction. Ayman is the guy that made Everything come together! They had the vehicle we wanted, and equally important if not more, was the price was better than I thought it would be! Ayman was very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely, positively Recommend Elder Ford. Like most people, I’m not crazy about going through the new car purchase process. They made it really easy and enjoyable. Much thanks!!! More

This dealership had to be one of the worst Ive been to. They added around $7,000 to the price that was previously advertised when I got there. The man that was selling me the car was very rude and condesce They added around $7,000 to the price that was previously advertised when I got there. The man that was selling me the car was very rude and condescending, speaking to me as if I was a stupid, helpless woman. I believe his name was Ayman or something of the sort. It felt like a rushed purchase and I also feel as though he overcharged me. I purchased my license plate at the dealership and 3 weeks later I received a COMPLETELY different license plate from the DMV and a call where they let me know the dealership VOIDED my license plate (they did not tell me they would do that.) And this was a permanent plate that they voided, not a temporary paper plate. When I called them about this they brushed me off. To add to this terrible service, 4 days after I bought the car the trunk lid lift support came out the groove and my trunk would no longer stay open. Due to this I went back to have them fix it, which they did. Then a few days ago the same thing happened AGAIN. So this is a recurring problem that will probably keep happening despite my efforts to fix it. All in all, this dealership will never get a dime from me again. More

Nicole, Johanna, Dylan at top notch pros to work with. They really made my experience less stressful with all the issues I had with my truck. Salesman Caesar is a very nice person but as a sales rep I They really made my experience less stressful with all the issues I had with my truck. Salesman Caesar is a very nice person but as a sales rep I expect a better attention to detail in regards to the truck having wheels that are painted differently, broken antenna, old wipers on the truck and one used tire on the right rear of the truck. I know it’s my responsibility to check these things as well but there was a stressful situation with the vehicle being advertised with the wrong milage and then having to deal with the wrong pricing. Overall I’m grateful to have gotten a somewhat decent truck but after all the issues of the transmission, the spark plugs, and coil packs the vehicle smells awful. I can’t get the smell out no matter what chlorine bomb I use and clean the interior. I’m actually taking the trim plastics off and ripping the carpet out right now. Crazy to have to do on a CPO vehicle. The other thing that bothers me are the door dings on this truck. Finance was amazing, the service department is gold standard and wants to help. More
