After 25 years, I am no longer a Honda customer. The sales manager, Alvin Cobb, and the GM, George Matthews, would not make good on what I was promised. When it came time to putting the numbers on paper, there was a $10,000 difference from what was discussed less than 2 days prior. The quality of service over the years from Honda has drastically declined. Unfortunately, I have lost trust in Honda. More
