We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

I recently purchased a 2001 ram 2500 from Jamie M. at McMinnville CJDR. The whole process was a pleasure and absolutely flawless. Jamie was extremely communicative, honest, and knowledgeable about the older “classic” Ram I was purchasing. I was quite surprised how much she knew about these vehicles and the specific manual transmission and options it had being that it was a 25 year old truck! She was very quick to respond always, open about its condition and minor flaws, and provided every pic and video I requested right away!… Being an out of state / across the country buyer (sight unseen) this was very important to me and she really came through. Jamie reassured me of the condition of this truck and she wasn’t wrong…after a flawless pick up I drove the truck over 2500 miles back home without a single issue. If you have any doubts about using McMinnville CJDR… DONT. They are some of the good guys and ask for Jamie…She was absolutely awesome!
