Took my Gladiator in because it is throwing code B2199-16, which is for "Battery Voltage - Circuit Voltage below threshold". The dealer said this was due to the fact I added larger tires and lifted B2199-16, which is for "Battery Voltage - Circuit Voltage below threshold". The dealer said this was due to the fact I added larger tires and lifted the truck. What?!? They wanted to charge me $550 for a Mopar tire contract (whatever that is) to flash the PCM. But I had already had this done, tire size had been updated, but they didnt even check. I told the Service Advisor this, so then he said this code happens when the truck sits for a couple days. First off, it never sits without running for more than a day, and second, even if it did, a brand new truck should not have its battery dying after two days without use. My battery is at 11.9 to 12.0 volts before I start it, and that is why the code is there. They tested it after it had just been running and was at 12.8. So they said all good. So they didnt do anything. I went to my truck in the lot, and before starting, checked the voltage: 12.2 volts. Something is draining it and all signs point to the Aux battery. This dealer doesnt honor all warranty work. GO SOMEHWERE ESLE and save yourself a headache! This dealer completely ignored the DTC Code. Seems like a potential lawsuit if battery fails leaving me stranded on one of my adventures. The Aux battery failing is a known issue, this dealer has to know that. They dont really care is the conclusion I came to. More

We leased a new Jeep late last month, my wife and I. It ended there, even if the sales experience was excellent. Though we were under a time constraint, he insisted on finishing the paperwork that day even though we had suggested giving them time and we return the next Tuesday. So after signing every document, we left for my meeting late at night. The next Tuesday, just twenty minutes after she had left the first time, she was summoned in to sign the documents again. For her inconvenience, they offered to top off her tank (a 4xe with a full charge), as if that wasn't embarrassing enough for a dealership. Two days later, I receive a text informing me that my wife needs to come down and complete additional paperwork... I have little faith that this dealership will be around for very long given the professionalism I have seen from them. I just intend to come back for the car's service. All around a horrible experience. More

Needed services on my Truck. Recall, alignment, new tires, oil change, possible brakes after inspection. Was there in there 10 minutes before opening. Own it, make it right by your customers, and hold employees accountable. More
