After purchasing my 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel from Gresham Dodge, I unfortunately experienced a couple of significant issues with the truck within the first few months. While the process of working through those issues wasn’t fun, Gresham Dodge ultimately worked with me to address my concerns and resolve the issues. I especially want to recognize Paul Johnson, who has consistently treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and supported me throughout the entire process. He took a lot of time to communicate with me and genuinely did everything he could to help, which I greatly appreciate. It took some work to get here, but I’m so thankful that Gresham Dodge ultimately stood behind my purchase and worked with me toward a resolution. They gave me $4000 allowance as I was looking for 18,000 and he dropped by $400 to agree to Another man tried to negotiate based on different car.
