The dealership was great to work with. My needs were taken care of. They were very kind and accommodating and (Dottie)or Dorothy Barbera was wonderful. She helped me with everything much more than I expected, and was so kind and understanding and answered all my questions. I didn’t understand a lot of the things on this new car, because my car, that I have had for 25 years, didn’t have all the new gadgets and on it. She pointed out a lot and gave me suggestions, and made it a more personal experience. The Finance Manager, Ramiz Kaamil, was also very kind and answered all my questions and I still am calling and asking him questions. A couple of the tech guys also helped me with programming things. When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. Giancarlo even help to give me a ride from home to the dealer to pick up the new RAV4 Hybrid and setup the Toyota App on my iPhone in the car so I can monitor the car, turn on off the car via phone and car tracking feature. great. I worked with Alex who was fun to speak with and was willing to assist me when it came to some special requests I had in terms of purchasing the car. When he heard it was my birthday he was kind enough to bring me some cake that was at the office. Later I came back to the dealership another day to fix adjust some paperwork and they offered me free food which was incredibly kind of them. In terms of prices they seem to be pretty fair, and even a little lower than the average for used vehicles. Great experience, would recommend.
