Have been going to Reynolds for 19 plus years. - cathy0407

Have been going to Reynolds for 19 plus years. Trust their service department for the maintenance of my 1999 Yukon SLT and also my 2023 Yukon SLT. Purchased the 1999 at Harris GMC in Whittier and the 2023 Yukon directly from Reynolds sales department. Top notch staff in both the sales and service departments.

Regarding calling to schedule an appointment for car service, the customer service over the phone is very poor—terrible, actually. However, when you go there in person, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this dealership and Ben Rodriguez. - LINDA

I recommend this dealership and Ben Rodriguez. I bought a new GMC Terrain today I probably wouldn't have been able to buy it if I didn't have Ben to work with me he was very courteous kind and very patient. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership today was very friendly kind courteous and treated me like I've been there before. If you're looking for a new GMC vehicle go see Ben Rodriguez.

My son and I recently visited Tustin Buick GMC to - therrera06

My son and I recently visited Tustin Buick GMC to purchase a used vehicle. We were greeted by Josh and Guneet who assisted us. Both Josh and Guneet were extremely professional and personable. We were able to negotiate a great deal with a no nonsense approach. I would highly recommend them and the dealership to all my friends and family. Wyatt H.

Easiest deal I ever had. - Kjeppesen

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online - idris tate

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Do not do business with Dutton Cadillac and the Sales - jgross717

Do not do business with Dutton Cadillac and the Sales Manager Steve Neville. I viewed a car online, and purchased a one year old Cadillac ESCALDE IQ with 400 miles that was being offered as a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac. I am 2500 miles away from this dealership and relied on the representations and documentation made by the dealership. For this age and mileage Cadillac's CPO standard states the car should cosmetically meet the brands luxury standards, it did not. The entire rear of the car had swirl marks that required my local detail shop to correct and polish the finish for 8 hours at my expense, $500. The CPO standard states the body should be free of dents, I had a Paintless Dent Removal tech fix dents and ripples in a door sill, an A-pillar and a rear quarter panel at my expense of $300. The worst damage to the car is the running boards, the bottom of one has the covering torn from it and the other side has deep scratches running through half the length. The car was mishandled while in others procession, there are round abrasion marks from a floor jack or jack stand on the bottom of the steps indicating the vehicle was improperly lifted or supported. This damage was documented by me via email 3 days after receipt of car (when I looked under car) and 120 miles after delivery. This damage did not occur while the car was in my possession. When I discussed the damage with Steve Neville he asked what would it take to satisfy me? I said Dutton Cadillac should pay me the cost of parts and installation. Steve said he would just pay for parts, so I went to my local Cadillac dealer to get the cost. I made a request for Dutton Cadillac to pay me $646.77 and Steve Nevilles reply was after consideration he decided to decline my request for payment. A man is only as good as their word, so you draw your own conclusion. I am contacting Cadillac to complain the vehicle was represented and sold as a CPO car but in fact did not meet the standard. Luckily, after I have spent nearly $2000 to correct these defects, the car looks nearly new. Buyer's beware, there are much better places to do business.

This dealership is very nice to get you to buy a truck. - gowensjanelle

This dealership is very nice to get you to buy a truck. Just be aware that they make promises that they don’t keep after you drive away. Don’t expect anything they promised you after that. They will just give you the runaround and act as if they never promised you that product.

My family and I had visited the dealership regarding a - malopez3

My family and I had visited the dealership regarding a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that had been advertised. Unfortunately, the car had been sold. But the salesperson answered several questions I had regarding the used car market which was very informative and appreciated.

I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade - Bst1050615

I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade was serviced on 1/28/26. Yesterday, 2/13/26, approximately 5:30 pm, I was driving uphill on Antonio Parkway. Another driver alongside, started non stop honking his horn at me, as in trying to tell me something was wrong. I was hesitant but rolled down the passenger side window. Appropriately yelling, he said my tire was loose and about to fall off!! I immediately became very nervous and upset but kept my cool. I quickly thanked him, he continued uphill. Putting on my hazard lights, I made a u-turn and slowly made my way downhill to Ortega Hwy and turned right at the stoplight. I drove until I got to Rancho Viejo Rd and turned into the shopping center. I called Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel and was transferred to someone who I explained my emergency to. I don’t remember his name but he was helpful and told me, do not drive the truck further, have the truck towed there, leave the keys in the drop box and they would handle the rest. I called AAA to have it towed there. Dunnivan’s Towing arrived shortly. I explained what happened to the tow truck driver. He thoroughly, checked out all 4 tires. At that point, said he did not see anything wrong!! He then decided to double check all tires. By jacking up the truck, he found out what was going on. He said the spare tire was loose and was about to come crashing off!! I was so very happy and relieved he found out what was going on. He said, a serious, dangerous accident could have occurred had the tire fell off in traffic!! The thought of it is appalling!! That said, WHO ALL worked on my truck, was responsible for double checking that the work done was safely completed that day and what is going to be done about it? It was quite a day yesterday but gratefully, I was able to finish some of my errands, and safely make it back home. I live and drive every day in a very hilly part of town. Having a safe truck to drive is why I pay for and have a maintenance agreement. I’m calling Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel to update the office and to hear what they have to say about it now.

Here are a few professional ways to write this review, depending on how detailed you want it to be for platforms like Google Reviews, Yelp, or a dealership survey: Option 1: Detailed & Professional (Best for Google or Yelp) "I brought my truck in expecting a costly repair, but the service team went above and beyond by informing me about an extended warranty enhancement program that covered the entire fix. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and transparency. Additionally, they provided a thorough inspection and kept me informed of all necessary maintenance to ensure my truck remains safe and fully compliant on the road. Excellent service all around!

GMC Canyon Denali - Andyd

After test driving several other brand mid size trucks and ready to upgrade out of a 2017 Tacoma I decided to test drive a GMC Canyon. From the moment I stepped onto the North County GMC, Cadillac, Buick dealership, Mike Winczewski educated me on the Canyon during the test drive. He and his manager Joe were respectful of my need to sleep on my decision. They brought in a truck from Bakersfield that had the color and options I wanted. I recieved a graet trade in value on the Tacoma and significant savings on the new Canyon. Many thanks to John, Joe, Drew, and Marcos from delivering a gourgeous Denali. Forever grateful and best regards, Andy

5 star treatment and process - JohnRambo

Very smooth process . Walked in , sat me down and asked me questions of what I was looking for and actually listened to me . Pulled up the right vehicle for me and dropped it off at my home and also singed contracts at the same time . No waiting
