I was pleasantly pleased by how easy this dealership made - cdominia

I was pleasantly pleased by how easy this dealership made my service call. I took my 2024 Kona in for a leaking tire and a problem with my windshield wipers. They fixed the wipers but had to order the tire so I made a return visit. My service rep was Brandon Martinez who did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout. I had some maintenance insurance that the dealership used so I owed nothing for the repairs. And the free Lyft drive home is a fantastic benefit. What more could you ask for?

I recently purchased the Ioniq 5 on a lease. - meleahandco

I recently purchased the Ioniq 5 on a lease. It was reasonably painless. They gave me a great deal and everyone was very nice. There was no haggling and no pressure. I felt very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to streamline the paperwork process. I was there over 4 hours. There was a lot of waiting for each department to get the paperwork together. 4 hours is excessive.

Very fine business for car buying. - Laura S

Very fine business for car buying. Even difficult credit consumers will find help financing a car. Each sales consultant and finance manager were all exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. Outwardly no high pressure tactics, which was much appreciated.

Wow, I cannot say enough about the excellent service and - Krobak

Wow, I cannot say enough about the excellent service and experience at Frank Hyundai. From top to bottom every person that we worked with gave personal care and attention. Thank you to everyone that assisted us in this purchase including GM Mirona Silli, Sales Manager Mark Moore our Sales Associate Luis and Finance Manger Kim. Purchasing a vehicle in this market is difficult. Many dealerships are gouging their customers and taking advantage of the situation. Not Frank Hyundai they gave us fair upfront pricing and no pressure for added packages. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. My son is excited to get on the road with his 2022 Elantra.
