Took my RAV4 to be inspected for creaking suspension , and a loose mirror facing which caused optical distortion. The service advisor was hard to get a hold of. Once he returned my call he stated that the suspension was “lubed” and the outside door mirror was tightened. After driving from the dealership on the freeway the mirror glass still vibrated really bad. I called the service advisor Luis the next day to report the ongoing issue with the mirror. He stated that I would be responsible for the cost of the mirror and the installation. I contacted Toyota corporate , which viewed the service invoice after getting the vin #. The rep stated that none of the items could be duplicated and invoice did not indicated that the mirror was tightened nor was the suspension lubed. As such they could not assist with the complaint. I informed that’s the reason for the complaint, service advisor stated work was done , yet service report indicated nothing was done. Corporate set appointment with another dealer to re-inspect since there was a tsb(technical service bulletin) for the mirror issue for 2019-2021,RAV4’s. No one from Claremont customer relations ever called despite me leaving a voice mail. Additionally I received a text that I did not show up for my appointment. I was shocked and disappointed. This is bad bad customer service and I will never return to this dealership based on this experience.
