They took the time to understand what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured. Something I really appreciated. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I felt confident throughout the process. The test drive was smooth, and the team made sure I was comfortable with every detail of the vehicle. When it came to financing, everything was explained transparently, and the process was quick and stress free. What sood out the most was the level of customer service. Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. By far, one of the best dealerships I’ve ever purchase from! I’ve dealt with various BMW, Audi dealerships, RUSNAK BMW by far has been the best experience. Preparation for my visit was well above par. The team’s customer service transparency, communication and thoroughness throughout the entire process was amazing. I had a great experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy at Subaru of Thousand Oaks. The purchase was facilitated by two outstanding sales people: Mathias and Leena. Mathias corresponded with me to let me know when the car I was interested in came in. Leena demonstrated most aspects of the car in great detail during the test drive with great patience and sweetness. Both Mathias and Leena were very knowledgeable, pleasant, sharp and not pushy (which is very rare among car sales people). I was made to feel very comfortable during the whole process and treated with respect. I live all the way in West LA and they drove the car to my house that same evening, so I did not have to leave my Honda behind in Thousand Oaks. They later followed up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos as well to Rodrigo who authorized the deal and to Jose Magana, the Manager who stepped in to prevent a glitch. This is the type of service you seldom find as a woman buying a car. I recommend them most highly.

I was in the process of buying a 2025 Toyota Camry from this Simi Valley Toyota dealership and they knew I was willing to drive from Seattle to a location in California to buy their car. This is how much I wanted their car. We were in conversation about my trade in and they asked for photos which I sent them and then I don't hear back for 2 days until they just told me that the car was sold. Their response was that their used cars are on a first come, first serve basis and I can understand that for local buyers but when someone from a 1,000 miles away is showing interest and you are in the middle of discussing a trade and purchase, you have to use a little managerial customer service to think about what would be the right thing to do. And yes, most dealerships might do the same thing but if you want to be considered as exceptional in customer service, then you have to represent exceptional values and that means looking at every single customer as a unique customer. As a former global international customer service manager, that's what I taught and what I made every attempt to do in representing the company that I worked for. Customer service does not just happen and it means going beyond a set of values posted on a wall in your office. Cheryl was great to work with but she cannot make these types of decisions.

I love the website. Good descriptions and photos. Very complete - I had no extra questions. I only needed a visual and a test drive. I had the car shipped from Texas. A bit pricey $1,300, but I wanted this car to work for me so I committed. It was worth it. The car was exactly as described. I’ve driven it for almost 3 weeks and I love it. Great angle on the event by stating the bottom line price with no haggling. It makes the decision clean: do I want it for this price, or no. I did, and I have absolutely no regrets. Georgina Vargas was our Carmax rep. She did a wonderful job! I cant think of how the experience could have been better. She made everything happen so seamlessly and with expertise. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
