I had over $8,000 of warranty work done on my Audi Q7 at this dealership — where I also bought both the car and the warranty — and unfortunately the entire experience was terrible from start to finish.
This wasn’t just routine service — my car was in their shop for nearly two weeks, and throughout that time communication was almost nonexistent. My messages went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates.
When my wife finally picked up the car, it was infested with ants. We have never had ants in the car before, and there was no food or reason for it. What makes this worse is that the technician documented the ant issue in their notes but no one bothered to mention it at pickup. That kind of lack of transparency is unacceptable.
After $8K of work, I expected at least basic communication, honesty, and care for the vehicle. Instead, this was hands down the worst service experience I’ve had at a car dealer hands down.
