I could not have asked for a more pleasant or more straightforward first-time, car-purchasing experience than the one I had with David Janoyan (“with the bow tie”) and Ruben Chichil at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills. I did my research and shopped for Ioniq 5s all around Southern California before checking out this dealership, and was immediately impressed with the sales team’s low-pressure, no-nonsense approach to deal-making and the care and attention paid toward customer service. David, Ruben, and the finance team went above and beyond to build me an excellent deal on my dream car; no hardball required on my part. I’d heartily recommend Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills, and particularly David and Ruben, to friends and family car shopping in the future.

Went here with my husband to get a car for my son so he can go to school. They sold us a Nissan Rogue, but we had to wait to pick it up because there was an issue getting it started, which they said they were going to fix and also the radio was not working. We came back and picked the car up and they had changed the battery. Less than 2 weeks later the car started having a starting issues and not recognizing the key. My son drove the car to the lot and cut it off and we have not been able to get it started since. They gave him a loaner and told him they would be fixing the car. After a week went by l, we called and they said they could not fix it and they would be sending the car to Nissan to get it fixed. We called to check after a couple of weeks and said Nissan was looking at it. A week later they contacted my husband to have my son come and bring the loaner car back and switch to another one, because someone wanted to look at it for purchase. When he got there they just took the loaner car and did not give e him another one. Then to make matters worse, he seen that the car we bought was in the exact same spot that he left it in. They had not sent it to Nissan as they stated. They had done nothing! My husband was very upset and was told that we could exchange the car, but we would only get the trade in value! Jose and the dealership knew this car had a problem and they have not offered us any assistance. This is borderline fraud. We have to have it towed to Nissan and pay to have them diagnos the issue and then pay to fix it! They have given us nothing but the run around. I am contacting the states Attorney Generals office to see all possible remedies because what this place has done can not be legal. And now Jose does not work there anymore. I wonder why that is.

I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes started grinding, so I took my car to Pep Boys only to find that my brake pads were both at 2 and 3 mm. I find it hard to believe that in less than a month I shaved off over 2 mm, and I believe I was deceived by the mechanics in order to rack up a higher eventual cost of repair. I spent $488 at Pep Boys to replace both front brake pads, both front rotors (those were also destroyed and no note was made on my service documentation from Hyundai), and get new brake fluid. At the Hyundai dealership, I was quoted $475. I am so disappointed with the service I received, and if I had known my pads were this bad I could’ve gotten my brake pads replaced sooner without damaging the rotors. However, I’m sure the goal was for me to take it back to them when the rotors and pads wore out so they could charge me extra for their gross negligence and deception. SO scummy.

We had such a great experience with the Woodland Hills Keyes location. We had leased our Sonata Hybrid and now 3 years later decided to buy it out. All the staff at this location were amazing and a pleasure to work with. Of all their Hyundai locations, this one by far has the best staff and customer service.

Service in July that was not done properly. Found out because car almost died last Saturday and was able to barely drive to Downey Hyundai. Downey Hyundai had car for four days when they called that car needed Coolant Flush. I authorized service and later that evening check my paperwork from work done by Sage Hyundai in July. I had a coolant flush! I called Downey Hyundai to not have service preformed because i had coolant flush done in July, but Downey Hyundai informed me that that was impossible because it was half full and dirty. I contacted Sage Hyundai and left message for the Service Director, Ara, who never called me back. I called again and left message, but not call back. I called four times today (Saturday) to speak to the service director and i just got transferred from person to person. Called again and left on hold for over 17 minutes. I called again with call transferred which rang for 45 times. If I would have been given at least a free oil change, I would have been happy, but all I got was being ignored by everyone that worked at Sage. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. I have had other problems with them taking hours just for oil changes. I miss the old management which got you in and out.

Horrible customer service - don't waste your time. I'm not sure what the other reviews are saying but this place is completely slimy. Completely took me for a sucker and ripped me off all the way. No compassion, nothing. Car is riddled with problems just a few weeks after (faulty alternator, old oil etc.) Never dealt with such apathy or incompetence from working "professionals".
